Midtown cafe is my favorite restaurant in town. The whole staff is very friendly and are so cheerful and a joy to be around. The food is always great. And I've never had a problem, except one time the food a little on the cool side, but they quickly made it right and brought me a replacement that was nice and hot. I love this restaurant and always feel welcome. The restaurant is very clean, including the restrooms.

What an amazing place. Where there is line there is good food. The food was amazing and brhd atmosphere was casual and they had fresh baked goods to go. The other note is after you put your name in the waitlist... There is an adorable boutique that is a must see. There is also outside seating with a fountain.

Always a great spot to eat. Good service and friendly staff. Food choices are plenty. Not too loud, just right for a quiet conversation. Plenty of seating inside and out. A great spot for breakfast in Winston Salem.

Great service! Our journey to looking for gluten free friendly places to eat, led us here. The Gluten free menu offers a variety of choices from breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Our sweet tooth kids complained about the 2 option desserts - gluten free chocolate torte or the scoop of vanilla ice cream. I'm glad to add this to our favorites in Winston-Salem. It's clean, kid friendly and follow safe cross contamination practices for our family. Love it!

So delicious and they hit all the feels plus have options to match my everyday diet. So yummy! Tye fried green tomatoes were an extra bonus too. Service was excellent. The ambiance was on point this morning too

Appreciate non-franchise restaurant that serves breakfast/brunch item the whole day with fair price. The portion is huge which makes price tag looks more reasonable. After the meal we ordered their NY cheesecake, my mom loved it, she said it was the best of different cheesecakes she tried in Winston Salem area.

The bride and I went as it was close to the crappy hotel we stayed at. The food was ok, nothing special. I had a sausage & cheese omelette with pancakes. The bride had the shrimp & grits. My omelette had more sausage on top of it than in it. As far as omelettes go, it was not very big or tasty. My wife said her shrimp and grits were void of any flavor. The server was fantastic, she should get 5 stars and the restaurant only 3, so I just averaged it out. Her name was Scarlette T and she kept our drinks full, was very attentive and overall a fantastic job by her. In our family grading system, we would not be going back to try again

One of the best breakfast place I've been to. The service was excellent - Paula was a fantastic serve and had that perfect mix of attentiveness and letting us eat. And the food. I want to order the whole menu!! The sweet potato pancakes with candied pecans were out of this world!! Cute place inside - great atmosphere.

I have recently started weight watchers and was in the mood for a good salad. My best friend told me to try this place and that hands down was THE BEST caesar salad I have ever had! It had just the right amount of parm and dressing. I got the grilled salmon but you could get chicken instead. The service was great. We had a mishap with our tea on our end and she was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere almost feels fancy but we were comfortable in our sweats. Overall it was a great experience! Cannot wait to go back and see what else they have to offer!!
